OK - All services are running as expected
Maintenance - This is scheduled maintenance work that is carried out during non school hours at a pre determined time and will generally mean that access to this service(s) will be unavailable during this time.
Investigation - This means that there is currently a problem with a service(s) and is being investigated, access to the service(s) maybe unpredicatable or unstable.
